Oh Shelter Island you are so beautiful and dreamy, but oh so sleepy this time of year.  We arrived via ferry and were quick to find out that all of its cute shops and eats were closed :( Thank the good Lord there happened to be the sweetest little toy shop that welcomed us with open doors!  Our little guy shopped his little heart out and ended up with some cute goodies.  As we headed back to the ferry for home, we found the prettiest area filled with trees boasting the most breathtaking fall colors alongside a dreamy archway with lush greenery.  Both were calling us to take their photo -- so we of course obliged ;)  We added a cute little boy and his silly mama too!  It's one thing to see the pictures, but if you're visiting the North Fork this fall season, take a quick ferry ride on over to Shelter Island to see all of its prettiness.  Just don't go on a Wednesday!  Mostly everything is closed! lol

The warm cozy dress I'm wearing is from Zara and I'm all about its minimalistic print.  I plan on slipping a turtle neck under this cutie when the weather turns bitter cold here in NY.  This could actually be what you wear to a casual, cozy Thanksgiving with the fam too!  If you haven't gone already, Zara is the place to shop if you want style with a less expensive price tag :)

My little guy is in  Rylee & Cru Black Bear Sweatshirt and carlymegan Wander Overall.  I'm currently crushing hard on these designs and their designers!  In my opinion, their clothes are quality pieces of cool art that are comfy, durable and soft.  Every mama's dream, right?! Size up and they'll last even longer!  The oversized look is in. :)  I sized up on the Rylee & Cru sweatshirt and love the way it fits.  My little guy can't get enough of the cute bears on it and that makes me happy!  The carleymegan wader overalls are simply darling.  They have the perfect stripe that adds just the right amount of pattern for a minimalistic style -- which I love.  The cotton material is soft and you can adjust the button hole on the strap to go up or down for a personalized fit--it grows as your little one grows!  Perfection!  I think this could also be a sweet little outfit for Thanksgiving too!  Your little will be the talk of the day, at least mine is every time he wears anything from these two amazing designers! :)
